Delivery & Exchange

1. Non-Refundable Policy
All products purchased from Levin Wears are non-refundable. Please ensure that you select your items carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchange Requests: Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• Exchange Charges: A fee of AED 35 applies to all exchanges.
• Eligibility for Exchange:
  • Customized or personalized items (with custom embroidery or printing) cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the tag is removed.
  • A clear video showing that the goods are unused and in the same condition as delivered is required for an exchange.
• Exchange Process:
  • Contact Levin Wears customer service to initiate an exchange.
  • Once approved, select the new item.
  • Our rider will collect the item to be exchanged and deliver the new one.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Levin Wears immediately to resolve the issue. We will assess the problem and take appropriate action.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the location.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the package.
• Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing items, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
• To cancel an order, contact Levin Wears customer service immediately.

• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD).
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
